Jinx 88 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Jinx 88 platform — whether through the website at jinx-88.com or through the official Jinx 88 mobile application — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and Jinx 88 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Jinx 88 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the Jinx 88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), participation in online gaming is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. Jinx 88 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players on Jinx 88.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of Jinx 88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jinx 88 platform or any other gaming platform operated by the Company or its affiliates.

Jinx 88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by Jinx 88 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Jinx 88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Jinx 88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Jinx 88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or conduct transactions.

Jinx 88 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. All transactions conducted through your account are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the Jinx 88 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Jinx 88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by the relevant payment provider. Jinx 88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) business day. Jinx 88 does not charge withdrawal fees.

Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your Jinx 88 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. Jinx 88 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account.
• Jinx 88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Jinx 88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Jinx 88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Jinx 88 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination.
• Modification: Jinx 88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the Jinx 88 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates reflect the theoretical long-term average return across a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

By participating in any game on Jinx 88, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gaming outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other external factor.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Jinx 88 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, Jinx 88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

• Jinx 88 reserves the right to void any winnings that result from a software error, misconfiguration, or any other technical fault that produces an outcome inconsistent with the game's intended design.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jinx 88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software tools, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to Jinx 88.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Jinx 88 platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Jinx 88 account.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, Jinx 88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such closure results from prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory requirement — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Jinx 88 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may seek recourse through the appropriate PAGCOR channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Jinx 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
